Logan Lake (Right on your doorstep!)

Stocked annually with Rainbow Trout—featuring both Blackwater and Fraser Valley strains—Logan Lake is a great spot to relax and reel in a few.

🐟 Restrictions: 2 fish daily limit, electric motors only (max 7.5 KW), barbless hooks required.

Tunkwa & Leighton Lakes (Just 22 minutes away)

Located within Tunkwa Lake Provincial Park, these twin gems are a must-visit. Tunkwa is known for Kamloops Rainbow Trout, with trophy-sized catches over 10 lbs!

🚤 Note: Tunkwa has a 10hp motor limit; Leighton has a no-fishing zone within 100m of the inlet/outlet.

Lac Le Jeune (18 minutes away)

A stocked lake full of variety—Rainbow, Brook, and Bull Trout, plus Mountain Whitefish and Lake Chub. It’s also wheelchair-accessible and perfect for a peaceful day out.

🚤 Speed limit: 20 km/h.

Walloper Lake (16 minutes away)

This popular family-friendly lake inside Walloper Lake Provincial Park offers excellent fishing in a tranquil setting.

Mamot Lake (Just 12 minutes away)

For something different, head to Mamot Lake and try your luck with Burbot (catch and release only). A hidden gem for the curious angler.
