Making Cider

Welcome to
Left Field Cider

Enjoy a taste of award winning cider right here in the B.C. interior, where Left Field Cider was born. Their small batch brewing techniques bring out the best characteristics of the luscious, B.C. dessert apples they use. By blending artisanal styles of French and English cider varieties, they have succeeded in producing some of the best cider you will find anywhere.

Be sure to check out their Cider Makers’ Select Series, which allows customers to explore new cider varieties, blends and fermentation techniques. Enjoy these limited release ciders while they are available, because once the tank runs dry, they will be gone.

At Left Field Cider, it’s all about the apples. If it’s made of fermented apples, it’s real cider. If it’s made with artificial fruit juice, concentrate and who knows what else, it simply is not real cider.
