Congratulations to Mayor Smith on being re-elected as Vice-Chair on the TNRD Board of Directors along side Barbara Roden as Chair! Roden and Smith have served as the Board’s respective Chair and Vice-Chair since November 2022, which became the first time that a female Chair and Vice-Chair served during the same term since the TNRD’s inception in 1967.
