The Campfire Ban effective noon, July 7, 2017 in the District of Logan Lake is the result of the fire rating reaching extreme. This ban is in place to limit the risk to human-caused fire.
The Ban will be in effect until further notice.
Portable campfire apparatus with CSA or ULC rating is permitted providing the height of the flame is less than 15 centimeters (5 inches).
Residents and visitors are strongly encouraged to be vigilant in reducing the risk of fire within town, and in the backcountry.
